Advertised as "A plumber when you need it" and proved the point, the plumber was at the house within a hour! The problem was diagnosed and we were given a full report. The loo was made safe and they promised to return the following morning at 9.45am with a new unit Work started punctually. The plumber was efficient polite and tidy and the charge was exactly as quoted. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The service was excellent. The work force are all police checked which is reassuring. There is a reduction in price for OAPs, which helped us. We couldn't have wished for better service and would use again. I would recommend them.

I have used Your Plumber before, so I had a discount this time. I phoned at 11.15 a.m. and was promised a visit in 1-1 1/2 hours. At 12.15 Terry arrived, diagnosed the problem and fitted a new part which he carried in the van. You just can't get better service than this.

Airlock

We all know how difficult it is to get a reliable plumber, I have now found one definitely worth a try you will not be disappointed. I would recommend them.

Install 3 new radiators

After being let down by "recommended" plumbers, Your Plumber selected from yellow pages with 'Checkatrade' logo turned up on time and completed work to a high standard at a reasonable cost and in a courteous manner, highly recommended.

Replace taps on bathroom sink

We were given an estimated start time of between 8.00 AM and 11.00 AM and he turned up at 8.00 on the dot. The job was done in less than 30 minutes with a discount for returning customers. You can't ask for more.

Fixed burst pipe fitting outside

Did a good job, made sure that the water was working properly throughout and left the place nice and tidy. Also replaced the sponge cladding. I was pleased with the result. The charge was fair and the young man was very pleasant, polite and helpful.

Fit new siphon and toilet handle

We are an elderly couple and worried about finding a plumber to trust. Helpful, friendly receptionist, Jamie was a pleasant and professional plumber. Would recommend.
