3. When Your Plumber arrives you’ll find us to be friendly, polite and professional. We’ll show respect for your home by taking our shoes off and for you by listening to and understanding your requirements. We’ll then give you our expert opinion and recommendations. We’ll always make sure you understand exactly what we’ll be doing and what it’ll cost before starting any work.
4. Once finished you don't pay anything until you are completely satisfied with the work carried out. And becuase we care what you think, we give you the chance to provide feedback on our services.
